1. Booking Instructions

After reviewing room information provided on the website, customers can book a room through one of the following methods:

• Option 1: Call the hotel directly using the phone number provided to receive faster consultation and confirm room availability.
• Option 2: Visit the hotel’s address listed on the website to book a room in person.

Check-in and Check-out Times:

• Check-in: From 2:00 PM (early check-in depends on room availability and may incur an additional charge).
• Check-out: Before 12:00 PM.

Note: Any services outside the standard package will be charged separately according to the hotel's policies/rates.

2. Payment Methods

When you make a reservation, our booking system will send a confirmation email to you. Please complete the payment for your reservation by the due date using one of the following methods:

Online Payment via Bank Card

This method allows quick and convenient online payment for those who prefer to book in advance.

• To pay for your reservation:
  • Our booking system will direct you to the online payment page. Follow the instructions to complete your payment.
  • If the booking system is not yet connected for direct online payment, we will send you a link to the online payment page of our partner bank. Follow the instructions to complete your payment.
• If payment is not completed by the due date, we reserve the right to unilaterally cancel your reservation.

Bank Transfer

This method is available for customers who wish to book in advance without using a bank card.

• We will provide you with our bank account details.
• Please transfer the payment to the hotel's account, clearly stating your full name, phone number, reservation confirmation number, and notify us for verification.
• After receiving the payment, we will contact you to confirm your reservation.
• If payment is not completed by the due date, we reserve the right to unilaterally cancel your reservation.

3. Direct Payment Method

This is a flexible option for customers who book directly at our front desk. Depending on the agreement, you can make payment either before or after using the service.

4. Payment Security Policy

We do not store any information related to credit cards or bank accounts used on our website through third-party payment gateways.

The card payment system on the website is provided by legally licensed payment gateway partners in Vietnam. Therefore, our card payment security standards comply with the security requirements of the payment gateway partners.
